On the insert/edit hyperlink window, top section where the link target is specified, items that have a drop-down list box:
It would save a mouse-click and be more consistent with other Windows gui action if clicking on the down-arrow and selecting an entry from the displayed list also activated the radio button. Presently, clicking the radio button for the type of target is a separate mouse click.
